Better Late Than Never

OH MY!

Time has gotten away from us. Sven and I seriously apologize! We have been enjoying out warm, spring holiday break. We started it off by taking a bus to see the Lemmermann's. While we were there we attended parties and went shopping. The Lemmermann girls, Sven and I  got to go shopping for my new apartment. We got a lot of the basics - kitchen dishes, sheets, mirror, and lights for my apartment. Well we were out we had a real German hot dog. It's nothing like an American Ballpark. The dog is topped with mayo, mustard, ketch-up, crunchy onions, and pickles. Actually, it was delicious. I'm not much for that combination. But so good!

After coming back from Bargstedt, I moved into my apartment. Here are some  photos.

We are settling in and love how close it is to school. My one hour trip has now been cut down to 20 minutes. What a great relief! Sven and I love to get our beauty sleep. Since we have been here we have received a package from my grandma and had tea every morning from the mug Mrs. Dietz bought for me. It's my special mug!

Sven and I had one last adventure before we go back to school. We went to the Justin Timberlake concert in O2 World and we got into the VIP section! It was amazing! You can tell he loves his job and he's a great dancer! So much fun!

My VIP band!
Well, Sven and I should go. We go back to school on Monday but like I said we are off to camp. We can't wait. And I promise to do a better job at reporting our adventures!

From the Bus to Hamburg

Hey kids!

Sven and I made it to spring break. I have to say my Easter break really beats yours. Sorry! On Friday the 11th was our last day. Now we have off for two full weeks. To top it off, we are going on a three-day camping trip the day we come back. Afterwards, we have off Thursday and Friday again. I can't complain!

Sven and I have a busy break planned. I know it will fly by!  Right now we are on our way to Hamburg where we will be picked up by the sweetest family! I am meeting the Lemmermann's. The Lemmermann's are a German family I met four years ago while working at Yo Yo Camps. I believe this to be my third visit to their house. They are always so kind.

Then on Tuesday, Sven and I are moving into our new home. Yay! The search is finally over. I will take a video when I at least put my bed together. I won't have much furniture for a while but it will come together. Can't wait to show you.

Well we better go. I will report back on all of our adventures! We miss you!
